Enters her first collegiate indoor and outdoor track and field season after a solid freshman season in cross country... Top 5K time was 21:45 at the Mercer Invite... Finished 28th at the Peach Belt Conference Championship

High School: Graduated from Bremen High School in Illinois where she was a three-sport athlete in cross country, basketball and track....  Was the 2008 region champ....  Placed 55th at the Illinois state meet in 2008... Ran career-best of 18:58 for 3 miles....  In track and field, placed 10th at the Illinois state meet in the 3,200-meter run for Class AA during her senior season...  Her career-best for the 3,200-meter run was 12:01.7 and 5:35 for 1,600-meter run.
