2004: Limited to only two races in 2004 due to an injury ... Placed eighth at the Georgia Collegiate with a time of 19:21 ... Named All-State, placing ninth in the Georgia Collegiate with a time of 19:22.
2003: Shattered the school record in the 5K at the Blazer Invitational, winning the race with a time of 18:25 ... Placed 10th in the PBC Championships with a time of 19:09, the 15th fastest in school history, and received All-Conference honors for the second straight season ... Named All-State for the second straight year, placing seventh in the Georgia Collegiate Championships with a time of 19:02, the 12th fastest in Clayton State history ... Won the Mercer Invitational with a time of 19:35.
2002: Shattered both Clayton State's freshman 5K and 6K records. Ran a personal best time of 19:00.35 at Peach Belt Conference Championships, placing 11th. Named All-Conference as a freshman ... Ran a personal best time of 23:15.0 at NCAA Division II South Regionals, placing 25th ... Won the 5K FMU Invitational with a time of 19:52.06. Won the 5K Valdosta State Invitational with a time of 19:11.86.
Pre-CCSU: Four-year letterwinner and team captain at Starr's Mill. Top runner on team for 2001-02 season. Helped lead cross country team to region championship and a second place finish at state meet. School record-holder in 3200m and finished fifth in 3200m event at Class AAAAA state track meet. Received Captain Award, Panther Award, and Most Dedicated Runner awards for both cross country and track.
