Biography
Returning two-time D-II cross country All-American who is the most distinguished female distance runner in Clayton State history. She is a three-time all-conference and all-region runner. She is also a two-time All-American in outdoor track and holds the team's outdoor records in the 1500m, 3,000m, 5,000m and 10,000m.
2008: Advances to her third NCAA D-II Cross Country Championship after winning her first region title on Nov. 8. Undefeated in seven races this season. Won her second Peach Belt Conference title on Oct. 25. Has 16 career victories.
2007: Misssed the entire cross country season due to a foot injury.
2006: Won four races during the season and finished runner-up at the Peach Belt Conference meet to teammate Angela Cobb as the Lakers finished a close second at the conference championship. Won the Wingate Invitational for a third straight year. Earned All-PBC and All-Region for a third straight season, but missed advancing to the NCAA Division II meet.
2005: Returned to the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships and finished 10th at Chino, Calif. to once again earn All-America honors. Earned All-Region and All-PBC honors in guiding the Lakers to a third pace team finish at the Peach Belt Conference meet.
2004: Had a fantastic freshman year, finishing second at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships in Evansville, Ind. to become the first Clayton State cross country All-American. Won five races, including the Peach Belt Conference Championship in which she earned "Runner of the Year" and "Freshman of the Year" honors. Finished second at the NCAA South Regional meet in Memphis.
High School: A standout runner at Providence Christian Academy... Was runner-up finisher her senior year in the Class AA 1600-meter and 3200-meter track events.
Personal: Born: March 20, 1986… Parents are Diane & Bruce Kreutzer… Younger sister Kara runs for Augusta State... Major is Integrated Studies.
