Played her prep ball for one of the perennial local high school powers… Enters the Laker fold as a junior after competing for two junior colleges… Will provide depth at the point position… An athletic player with good instincts and vision on the court.

Pre-Clayton State: Lettered one season each at Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin, Tenn., and at Kansas City Kansas Community College… Head coach at Volunteer State was Johnny Lynn… Averaged 10 points, seven assists and three steals during her one season at Volunteer State.

High School: Lettered three seasons in basketball at Redan High School in Stone Mountain, Ga… High school head coach was Rhonda Malone… Helped pace Redan to the 2005 Georgia Class AAAAA state finals during her senior season.
