- Finished in the top-three in one more race this season (400m at the Emory CrossPlex Invitational- 51.36)

2022-23 (Indoor and Outdoor)
- Laced up his spikes in six meets between the indoor & outdoor seasons
- Placed in the top-five in five races including crossing the finish line in fourth in the 400m dash at the Emory Thrills in the Hills (3/24-25/2023) and at the Clark Atlanta Panther Invitational (3/11/2023)
- Set a new PR in the 400m dash at the UWG Legends Invitational (49.48) (4/1/2023) 

At Howard HS
- Won first-place at the Bibb County Championship in high jump and took second in the 400 meter dash as a senior. 
- Placed 10th in state as a junior and earned runners-up finishes at the 4AAAA Regional in the 400 meter dash and the 4x400 meter relay as a junior
- Played basketball and football in addition to running track.
