2014: Competed in five meets in first year with the Lakers … placed 19th at GRU Invitational (9/20) with time of 27:09.90 … delivered season-best 8k time of 26:30.40 and finished 32nd at Peach Belt Cross Country Championships (11/8).

Indoor Track & Field
2014-15: Appeared in four meets and seven events … had three top five performances, including winning the mile (4:34.19) at Sewanee Tiger Indoor Invitational (2/14) … notched a pair of fourth place finishes, first in mile (4:33.72) at BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (12/5) and in the 3,000-meters (9:30.54) at Sewanee.

Outdoor Track & Field
2015: Competed in six meets and 14 events … had five top five outings, including a pair of victories … those came in 4x800-meter relay (7:59.73) at 5th Annual Adonica Ferguson Relays (3/1) and the 1,500-meters (4:09.10) at the Emory Invitational (3/21) … was also second in distance medley relay (10:29.67) … placed third in 1,500-meters (4:07.72) at Cougar Open (2/28) and fourth in that event with a time of 4:09.07 at Cougar Classic (4/4).

North Georgia Tech
2013: Ran cross country for NGTC in just the program’s third season … claimed National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XVII Individual Championship (26:25.00) while helping program to runner-up finish … named to Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) All-Region Team … competed in NJCAA National Championships.

Truett-McConnell
2012: Ran in a pair of meets for the Bears … competed in Gettysburg Invitational (10/13), placing 57th with a time of 27:02.00 … ran in the National Christian Colleges Athletic Association (NCCAA) Championships (11/10), finishing 109th in a time of 28:20.00).

East Jackson High School: Member of track & field and cross country programs for EJHS … in track, was the Class AA State Champion in 3,200-meters (9:45.99) and finished third in 1,600-meters (4:28.87).
