Biography
Returns for his sophomore season as the defending Peach Belt Conference men's champion. Ran consistently as the No. 1 guy on the squad. Also a member of the Lakers' 2007 NCAA Division II All-Academic Team.
2008: Earned All-Region honors at the NCAA D-II Southeast Region meet on Nov. 8 with a 14th place finish. Earned his second All-PBC honor at the conference championships on Oct. 25, placing 5th. Finished fifth at the Wingate Invitational to help the Lakers to the team championship.
2007: Was the Peach Belt Conference cross country "Runner of the Year" and "Freshman of the Year" as he won the individual meet title. Led Clayton State to a second place team finish and was a member of the Lakers' NCAA Division II All-Academic Team. Named Peach Belt Conference male "Runner of the Week" a record four consecutive weeks.
High School: A 2007 graduate from Birchmount Park Collegiate. Finished 16th in the 2006 OFSAA Cross Country Championships. Is a 15-time Metropolitan Toronto medalist in track & cross country. Has personal bests of 1:54.96 in the 800-meter run and 3:57.20 in the 1500-meter run.
