Clayton State University Athletics

Individual qualifier to the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships in Evansville, Ind., placing 82nd out of 182 finishers.  Earned All-Region honors at the NCAA D-II Southeast Regional meet with a seventh place finish and better the team 10K record.  Named Peach Belt Conference co-"Runner of the Year."  Earned first team All-PBC honors, finishing 4th in the conference championship meet to help the Lakers earn a second-place team finish.

2008-09: Led the team in four of five meets, including two team wins...  Selected Peach Belt Conference "Runner of the Week" four times and ran a season-best of 25:40 for 8K... Placed 11th at the Peach Belt Conference championships and 23rd at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region meet.  Earned NCAA D-II All-Academic honors and a member of the Lakers' NCAA Division II All-Academic Team.

Pre-Clayton State: Attended Jomo Kenyetta University of Agriculture and Technology for two years.  Graduated from high school in December 2004 from Pope Paul VI Junior Seminary.  Has personal best times of 4:19 in the mile, 8:32 for 3,000m, 14:57 for 5,000m and 30:51 for 10,000m.
