Biography

2000: Ran in seven of eight meets for the Lakers and steadily improved his times.  Posted career-bests of  30:49 for 8K at the Southeastern Classic at Berry College and a 40:39 10K at the NCAA South Regionals. 

Pre-CCSU: Ran cross country at Johnson High School for coach Mitch Murphy.

Personal: Majoring in drafting at CCSU.
