Biography

Eagles Landing High School: Competed in cross country and track & field for three years, the last two on varsity … named Henry County Athlete of the Year as a senior … as a junior placed fifth in 800-meters at Henry County Track & Field Championships and was a member of Golden Eagles' cross country team that placed 11th at the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) State Championships … became one of the top runners in Henry County as a senior as he was part of 4x400-meter relay squad that won the county championship with a time of 3:16.23 … individually, earned runner-up in the 800-meters with a mark of 2:00.39 that season … that same 4x400-meter relay team also notched a time of 3:15.62 to win the 4-5A Region Championship and later post a Henry County record time of 3:14.43 … latter would come at the GHSA 5A State Championships where it would be a mark that would bring home the title … finished seventh in 800-meters at the championships, posting time of 1:58.45.
