2018: Ran in all six meets as a true freshman … posted personal best 5k time of 21:23.00 at Peach Belt Conference Championships (11/3) and 6k mark of 27:01.93 at NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championship (11/17).
Indoor Track & Field
2018-19: Competed in all four meets, running in five events … notched PR’s in 3,000-meters (12:00.31) at the Carolina Challenge (2/1-2) and mile (5:50.13) and 4x400 relay (4:19.25) at the Southern Indoor Challenge (2/11).
Outdoor Track & Field
2019: Saw action in five meets and as many events … delivered personal best of 11:37.94 in 3,000-meters at the Doc Anderson Invitational (3/16) and in the 5,000-meters (20:50.57) at the Emory Invitational (3/23) … finished 4-of-17 in the latter and was 5-of-18 in the 5,000-meters at the Savannah State Eye Opener (3/2) with a time of 20:51.02.
Forest Park High School: Ran both cross country and track & field for two years for Panthers … helped lead FPHS to 4-AAAAAA Cross Country Championship and Cross Country Regional Runner-Up finish as a senior (2017) … on the course, was a two-time State Qualifier as a junior and senior … earned individual 4-AAAAAA Regional Title (24:11.00) and was third at Clayton County Championship … in track & field, claimed 4-AAAAAA Individual Region Championship in 3,200-meters and County Championship in that event as well as 1,600-meters as a senior … that same season, finished third in 1,600-meters at regional championship … graduated in top 10-percent of class and was presented with the Scholar Athlete Award … was also member of National Technical Honor Society, Technology Student Association and Health Occupations Students of America.
