Returnee with national meet experience who had another good indoor and outdoor season in 2009... Holds seven indoor and six outdoor team records.

2009: Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Emory Invitational and the 800-meter run at the Emory Classic... Part of a 4x400-meter relay team that bettered its team record three times and set an NCAA Division II Provisional qualifying time of 3:50.29 at the Division II South Region... Set a Clayton State team record of 56.97 in the 400-meter dash at the Osprey Challenge at North Florida... Just missed the Division II provisional mark in the 400-meter dash during the indoor season...  Twice set the Clayton State indoor mark in the 400-meter dash and was a part of a 4x400-meter relay team that set Clayton State records in four meets and one team record-setting 4x200-meter team.

2008: Advanced to the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the 400-meter hurdles...  Unbeaten in the 400-meter hurdles until the national meet...  Ran a NCAA Division II provisional mark of 1:01.75 in the 400-meter hurdles in the Coach O Invitational at Troy...  Won the 400-meter hurdles at the Seminole Invitational at Florida State in a NCAA D-II provisional time...  Bettered her school record in the 400-meter dash...  Split 55.8 on the 4x400-meter relay.

2007: Member of DMR team that ran an NCAA indoor provisional and school record time of 12:12.09...  Set team records during indoor season in the 400-meter dash and 55-meter and 60-meter hurdles...  Missed the outdoor season due to injuries.

High School: Ran the hurdle events and high jumped at Cypress Lakes H.S. in Fort Myers, Fla.… Placed third in districts two straight seasons... A member of Cypress Lakes' 8th place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at state her sophomore year.

Personal: Born: March 12, 1988... Parents are Annette Etienne and Albert Bassett… Major is Pyschology.
