Cross Country
2013: Competed in six meets … earned USTFCCCA All-Region and All-Peach Belt Conference honors … advanced to NCAA Division II National Championships (11/23) with third place finish (31:09.9) in NCAA Division II Southeast Regionals (11/9) … that time set a new school record in a 10k event … became the first runner in program history to reach national meet since Fidelis Mutiso in 2010 … earned third place finish at Peach Belt Championships (10/26) with an 8k school record time of 24:58.29 … finished 89-of-246 at the NCAA Division II National Championships, posting a time of 32:05.90, marking his second fastest time in a 10k … prior to the national championships, did not finish any lower than third in any meet … won both the Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (9/7) and UWG Wolves Cross Country Invitational (10/12) with times of 25:24.61 and 26:07.76, respectively ... named Peach Belt Conference Runner of the Week (9/9).

2012: Saw action in five meets as a freshman … led the Lakers in each of those races, posting four Top-10 finishes … named to both USTFCCCA All-Region and All-Peach Belt Conference teams … earned Peach Belt Conference Runner of the Week honors (9/10) … placed fifth at Sewanee Berry Cross Country Invitational (9/1) with a time of 26:43.70 … notched sixth place outing at Montevallo Falcon Classic (9/22), posting a mark of 26:42.0 … delivered 11th place performance on 8k course at Peach Belt Conference Championships (10/20), finishing with a time of 26:30.30 … delivered time of 32:36.20 in placing 16th at NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championships (11/3).

Indoor Track & Field
2013-14: In five meets, competed in 11 events … earned four victories, including 3,000-meters (9:11.43) at Winston-Salem State Open (1/19), mile (4:36.65) and 800-meters (2:04.01) at Sewanee Tiger Indoor Invitational (2/1) … also won 47th Annual Hillsdale Gina Relays (2/22), posting a time of 8:41.52 in the 3,000-meters … placed second in distance medley relay (10:57.95) in first collegiate track event at Winston-Salem State Open (1/19) and was third in DMR (10:28.61) at UCS Invitational (2/15).

2012-13: Had three top five finishes in five meets and six events … was third in distance medley relay (10:37.93) at Winston-Salem State Open (1/20) and 3,000-meters (8:39.56) at George Mason Last Chance Meet (2/24).

Outdoor Track & Field
2014: Competed in nine meets and 12 events … earned USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region in 5,000- and 10,000-meters … earned impressive seven first place finishes, including winning the 2015 Peach Belt Conference Championship (4/19) in both 5,000-meters (15:00.36) and 10,000-meters (31:20.82) … earned All-PBC First-Team honors in both events … delivered program record time of 30:02.97 in 10,000-meters at 48th Annual Hillsdale Gina Relays (4/26) … that secured first trip to NCAA Division II National Championships (5/24) … placed 18th in event (31:15.75) … won first four events of the season, including 3,000-meters (8:40.71) at Cougar Invitational (3/1), distance medley relay (10:22.73) at 4th Annual Adonica Ferguson Relays (3/2) and the distance medley relay (10:35.49) and 10,000-meters (14:53.33) at Emory Invitational (3/22) … also won 10,000-meters (30:53.90) at Emory Classic (3/29).

2013: Saw action in five meets and seven events as a freshman … won the 5,000-meters twice, first at Emory Classic (15:19.77) and again in season finale at Troy’s Coach “O” Invitational (4/27) with a mark of 15:28.82.

Lelmolor High School: Competed in cross country and track & field for four years as well as volleyball … earned All-Academic as both a junior and senior.

Personal: Named a Clayton State Presidential Scholar … currently majoring in Nursing with Basic Licensure.
