MORROW, Ga. – The top-seeded Clayton State University men's soccer team clinched a berth to the 2023 Peach Belt Conference Tournament Finals on Sunday as they handled Flagler College, 4-1, at Laker Field, on Friday evening.
The Lakers literally wasted no time to score in the first half. 36 seconds into the match,
Alexis Iturria got a great bounce off a deflection from the Flagler defensive unit and scored his 12

Emmanuel Alerte was fouled in the box,
Geo Rios converted his fifth penalty kick of the season and the Lakers led 2-0. That score stayed true going into the halftime break.
