Boxscore GREENWOOD, S.C. – The Clayton State University men's soccer team traveled to the Palmetto State to play the No. 12 Lander University Bearcats on Monday afternoon. The two teams resumed their game after it was suspended due to the inclement weather on Wednesday, October 12
th. The Bearcats pushed a late second-half goal across as the two teams ended in a 3-3 draw.
The Bearcats put the early pressure on the Lakers with a couple of shots early in the first half. The Lakers then struck first. Off a one-touch pass from

Langston Blackstock scored his 15
th goals of the season and made the score, 1-0. The Bearcats then tied the match in the 29
th minute. The Bearcats then took the lead in the 35
th minute and made the score, 2-1. The Lakers then deadlocked the match right before the half. Off a pass from
Hector Fuentes,
Youkendjy Pacius marked his fourth goal of the season and tied the match at two. The Lakers and Bearcats went into the half tied at two. Lander outshot the Lakers 10-8.

Vic Delgado Miller knocked in the go-ahead goal and made the score, 3-2. The Bearcats put the heat on the Laker keeper
David Magala as he made some very strong saves in the throughout the half. The Bearcats picked up the match-tying goal in the 82
nd minute after Bearcat Marco Gueli flicked the shot over Magala's head for the goal. The two teams are tied at three goals a side.
Both teams played aggressively down the stretch as the two teams finished in a 3-3 draw.
