Home to Clayton State Athletics, the Athletics Center is located on the southwest end of campus and consists of the Loch and Mason Barfield Court, the Dr. Joseph Wilkes Sports Performance Center, the OrthoAtlanta Athletic Training Room, all coaches' offices and team and officials locker rooms, classrooms and a concession area. Majority of these areas were part of the major million-dollar renovation that was completed in 2019. In April of 2021, the Lakers unveiled their permanent home for the Hall of Fame. Located inside the main lobby of the Athletics Center, the Hall of Fame display features placards for every member of the Hall of Fame and a 90-inch monitor that will highlight members and share news and photos.
