One of two team captains, King certainly led by example over the final month of the season as he erupted for eight goals, three assists and 19 points in eight games. He scored in five of those games, including the last three.
 
During that latter stretch he produced 14 of his 27 points on the season, highlighted by putting up three goals and an assist at eventual Peach Belt Conference No. 2 seed North Georgia (10/26). Prior to that game he scored twice in a 5-1 win over USC Aiken (10/22) and capped the season with a goal and an assist vs. Flagler (10/29).
 
That performance earned him his first Peach Belt Conference Player of the Week honor on October 31.
