Sims was nearly unstoppable during December, averaging 20.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.8 steals while shooting .842 from the foul line in five games. Included among those performances were four double-digit scoring efforts, headlined by three straight games of better than 20 points.

She had 26 points, six assists and four steals in a 72-46 victory at Francis Marion (12/20), 24 points and five rebounds against Chowan (12/6) and 23 points and eight boards at league leading Lander (12/18).
