Senior Carla Catala Martin (Barcelona, Spain) continued her dominance since becoming a Laker as she led the program for the 12th consecutive meet. That stretch goes back to her first year of 2016 and accounts for every race she's run in the Orange and Blue.
 
This time she she hit a mark of 21:00.40 to win the UWG Wolves XC Season Opener (8/31) ahead of a field of 17 individuals. That performance also fueled a team championship for Clayton State.
