Sophomore Nia Elmore (Hinesville, Ga.) continued her assault on the Clayton State record books as she took down her seventh record so far this season.

Competing at the Victor Icebreaker Duals in Rome, Georgia on March 3 she posted a time of 12.33 in the 100-meters. That mark surpassed the 10-year old record of 12.41 set by Jon Taylor.
 
Including the outdoor campaign, it is the seventh team record she has broken this year, several of them resetting her own mark. She finished 3-of-41 in the event.
 
Elmore rounded things out with a 4-of-13 performance in the 4x100-meters, posting a time of 49.76.
