Junior center Aleisha Merriweather (Augusta, Ga.) notched an impressive five game performance to earn Female Student-Athlete of the Month for November.

During her first month in a Laker uniform she averaged 10.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.4 steals and just under an assist per game in 20 minutes per game. That included four double-figure scoring games, topped by a career-high 18 points with six boards, three steals and an 8-of-9 outing at the foul line against Paine (11/25).

In the game prior she scored 12 points with a career-high eight boards while shooting .625 (5-of-8) from the floor at No. 12/24 Lincoln Memorial (11/18). Merriweather also had 10 points, five caroms and three steals against Anderson (11/10) in her first game for Clayton State.
