Junior midfielder Tom Mitchinson (Middlesbrough, England) had a record setting performance in his one game this week, finishing with three assists and tying for the national lead in a pair of categories.

Taking on Auburn-Montgomery (9/27), Mitchinson was masterful as he dished out those three assists in helping fuel a 5-1 Lakers victory. It would be the second time this season he produced three assists in a game, not only tying the program single game record again, but becoming the first Clayton State player to do it twice.

On top of that, it brought his season total to seven assists and his season average to 0.88, both of which tied for the NCAA Division II lead.
