Americus, GA – The Clayton State men's soccer team dropped a tough one on Wednesday, falling 3-2 to Peach Belt Conference foe Georgia Southwestern in Americus, GA.
The Lakers got goals from forward Alhagi Toure, his eighth of the season, and midfielder Elliot Prost, his second goal of the year.
The loss drops Clayton State to 5-7-1 overall. The Lakers will try to get back on the winning track Saturday, hosting conference rival USC Aiken in a 7:30 p.m. match.
